How do I cancel my paid subscription in the Android app?

Important: When you uninstall the app, your subscription won’t automatically cancel. Follow the steps below instead to downgrade.

1. On your Android device, go to your subscriptions in Google Play.
2. Select your InterNations subscription.
3. Tap “Cancel subscription”.
4. Follow the instructions.

You'll continue to enjoy the benefits of your subscription until the date at the top of your Membership page. Your account will then be automatically downgraded.

If you don’t see “Cancel subscription” as an option, the subscription has already been canceled and won’t renew.  

If you don’t see an InterNations subscription at all, it may be because you purchased it under a different Google Account or directly via the InterNations website (see How do I cancel my paid subscription on the web? for instructions).
