How can I cancel the free trial?

You can cancel at any time during the trial by downgrading your account back to Basic Membership. Please follow these steps:

1. Log into InterNations and go to your Membership page.
2. Click on “Cancel your Albatross Membership”.
3. Select your reason for downgrading to Basic Membership.
4. Choose a cancellation date.
5. Enter your password to confirm.
6. Click “Downgrade”.

You’ll continue to be an Albatross Member until the end of your free trial, and your account will then be automatically downgraded to our Basic Membership.
