We’re sorry to hear you’d like to leave InterNations.
If you have an InterNations subscription, you can also downgrade your account instead of deleting it. You’ll then continue to enjoy its benefits until the end of your current subscription period.
Deleting your account means that you’ll permanently lose all of your contacts, messages, etc. and you’ll have to create a new profile if you decide to become an InterNations member again. If you’re a paying member, you’ll also not be eligible for a refund.
If you’d still like to delete your account, please follow these steps:
1. Log into InterNations and go to your profile, click on the “⋮” button and then click on Login Data.
2. Below your Login Data, you’ll find the message: “To delete your account, please click here.” If you still have an active subscription, you’ll see a message prompting you to cancel it first before you can delete your account.
3. Once you click or tap on the link, a page will open asking if you really want to leave and what your reasons are for deleting your account. Your feedback helps us learn how we can meet our members’ needs better.
4. By pressing the red “Delete account” button, you will permanently delete your InterNations account.
We hope you’ll choose to remain part of the world’s largest expat network.
