What else can I do with the messenger?

Finding or starting a conversation with a contact

1. Go to your Messages
2. Make sure your view is switched to “All”
3. Select or enter the name of the contact in the “Select contact” field

Deleting a message

You can only remove entire conversations from your inbox:

1. Go to your Messages
2. Select the conversation you want to delete, then click on the “⋮” in the top right corner of the chat
3. Select “Remove conversation” and confirm with “Remove”

The entire conversation and all its messages will be deleted from your inbox.

Removing a contact

While in Messages, you can remove a member from your list of contacts as follows:

1. Go to your conversation with them
2. Click on the “⋮” in the top right corner of the chat
3. Select “Remove contact”

The member will be removed from your contacts.

Blocking a contact

While in Messages, you can block a contact as follows:

1. to your conversation with them
2. Click on the “⋮” in the top right corner of the chat
3. Select “Block member” and confirm with “Block”

Once blocked, the member will be removed from your contacts and will no longer be able to send you a contact request, message you, or send you a Hi.
